Melon Tango

Serves : 4.
The
unusual combination of muskmelon, orange and coconut water lends a refreshing
flavour to this drink. This vitamin C loaded fruity concoction has been an
all-time favorite amongst my family and friends. A touch of black salt perks it
up, but you can also do without it, if your prefer.
Ingredients
2 cups muskmelon
(kharbooja), cubed
juice of 2 oranges
2 cups tender coconut water
2 teaspoons sugar
a pinch black salt (sanchal)
Directions
- Blend the melon in a liquidizer and strain it.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
well.
Handy Tips
1. To reduce the amount of sugar required, use a ripe
muskmelon.
2. You can even make this juice without straining the muskmelon.
